Mission Statement

The Romanian Pentecostal Convention of the United States and Canada exists:

  • to glorify Father God, Creator of the universe
  • to proclaim the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, Savior of the world
  • to create an atmosphere for the Holy Spirit's manifestation in the life of the church

The Romanian Pentecostal Convention of the United States and Canada:

  • promotes all biblical forms of worship;
  • encourages brotherly fellowship;
  • motivates believers to a holy living;
  • mobilizes churches for involvement in evangelizing the world;
  • calls and prepares the younger generation for the work of service;
  • watches to preserve the Judeo-Christian family values;
  • preserves the identity of our Pentecostal faith;
  • maintains brotherly relations with Pentecostal organizations everywhere.

Ethical-Moral Code

For serving in the convention, participants must:

  • have a good spiritual and moral witness from the pastor and the church they represent.
  • conform to the requests of those organizing the convention.
  • manifest an attitude of humility, reverence for the Lord and respect towards all participants.
  • have modest and decent attire, in accordance with the temple of God (1 Corinthians 3:16). Specific details will be communicated by the church organizing the convention (see annexation).
  • bring praises to the Lord Jesus, build up the Body of Christ, and contribute to the salvation of those who do not know the Lord.

Pastors will participate at the Pastor's Conferences and conventions, and will encourage the churches (believers) which they are shepherding to participate at the convention.

Local churches of the surrounding area, where the convention takes place, are invited to suspend their usual activities (worship services) and participate at the convention, and thus support the organizing church.
