Convention Program

Preachers at the Convention:

Valer Brâncovan, Florin Cîmpean, Beni Zăgrean, Petru Lascău, Leonard Semenea, Nelu Prunean, Cornel Avram, Lazăr Gog şi Cristian Ionescu. Pastorul Moise Lucaci, care a fost invitat la Convenţie, ne-a anunţat că nu mai poate veni, din motive de sănătate, fiind sub tratament medical. Să ne rugăm ca Domnul să-i dăruiască sănătate!

Bible Exam (10:30 a.m.) Rooms 303, 305

The exam will contain material from the letters of Paul to TIMOTHY and TITUS.  Those with the highest scores will be presented during the Saturday evening of the Convention program.  The groups are the following: 14 -18 years old & 19 – 30 years old (only those not married).

Mission’s Conference (8:30 a.m.) Room 307

This conference will be coordinated by Brother Cameron Wilson and Brother Simi Timbuc who will be joined by the missionaries that have arrived from the mission field along with certain mission/church representatives.

Sunday School Teacher’s Conference (9:00 a.m.) Room 305

The theme proposed is titled: “Modeling eternity in the hearts of children”, where we will speak concerning the influence Sunday School teachers have in the life of the children, and the mark they leave in their lives. Sisters Mocan Felicia and Adriana from Cluj were invited from Romania for this s seminar.

Worship Seminar (10:30 a.m.) Room 301

The seminar will be coordinated by Brother Petrişor Bodea. He will discuss the spiritual aspect of the worshipers. We invite worship leaders, conductors, and the youth involved in the various music groups to participate in this interesting seminar.

Music Concert (12 p.m.) Convention Room

There will be soloists and various musical groups form among the Romanian churches within the United States and Canada along with those invited from Romania and Australia such as: Cornel Pop, Alin Timofte, Diana Merca, Alina Caza, The Berci Sisters, Worship Groups, Youth Choirs, West Coast Gospel, Agape Group/Dan Damian, etc.

Women’s Conference (10:30 a.m.) Room 306

The women are invited to a time of fellowship with Livia Silaşi who is the special guest invited from Romania to present the theme: “How to blossom in the place which you were planted”.

Family Conference (12 p.m.) Rooms 308-310

We invite families (husband-wife) to attend this seminar with the theme:  “Today’s family crises” – coordinated by Pastor Petru Lascău.

Picnic at the Park

Monday beginning at 10 a.m., we will meet for fellowship, a picnic, recreational activity and music. Directions to the park can be found in the Convention Bulletin.

Entrance Fee

For all the programs Friday to Sunday, the seminars on Saturday, the music concert, the family conference and the free meal on Monday at the park, the price remains the same as last year, $35 / per person. Children under 12 are given free admission. Tickets are not available on the internet, but only at the Convention Center!
